Looks Like We Passed the 1st day out of the 3 of the Integrity test with flying colors. Yes we lost 22.3 percent on almost 1.8 million. However after the first initial drop to 0.25 in the first 20 minutes, we only managed to lose another 0.013 or 5.3 percent during the rest of the day. So with a volume of approximately just 1 million out of 148 million shares sold it equates to 1/148 sold or another words 99.3 percent holding 
Only 0.7 percent were willing to sell over the 10-K. Tomorrow's part 2 will test how much of the 6.8 cent loss we can back. Since it usually takes about 2 days to get 1 days loss back I will grade tomorrow's test on how much of 3.4 cents we gain. Looks like me worrying about the 10-K is now over and it's time to get back to business with lots of good things to happen
