Pete raises an interesting point.....if a partnership happens and there is a significant upfront infusion followed by milestones, the market cap will jump IMO. after a certain period of time, I could see manipulation occurring again, but the validation by a large third party would seem to temper that. If a complete buyout happens (which considering the staff reductions, etc seems as much of a possibility), the stock price will likely match the buyout price and IPIX will no longer exist, so no more manipulation.

Am I showing my inexperience here?
