a question for the board

i have in my hand two stock Certs that i requested from my Fidelity
it's a pinksheet stock
total 14m shares
does anyone know wich broker accept pinksheet Certs?
all the one i contacted..say we don't take
pinksheets certs

yet they let you buy!!

anyone?
