On the other board it was pointed out that they said they could fund with discounted warrants. I responded that at a $10 price that might be be viable without massive dilution, but not at penny prices.
Management needs to explain what they're doing. No investor would consider even purchasing discounted warrants if they knew that the company planned on raising the shares outstanding into the tens of billions or more. That's what it would take to fund multiple Phase 2 and 3 Trials for a company trading as a penny stock.
