Any re-sellers who offers PCI compliance tools to help their existing client base to make the merchant PCI compliant and supplies them with the mandated 2FactorOOB product must be a re-seller of SFOR's OOB product or face Ropes and Gray for infringing on StrikeForce's Patent. Just this one mandated requirement by the PCI Counsel, is gaining numerous new Channel Partners for StrikeForce. And the infringers will be Channel Partners soon enough.
