if it was aspire selling *imo* .. daily reg sho %s wouldn't be relo'ing up the % food chain .. it would be decreasing ..
personally imo NR is desperate .. classic tactic undertaken is to *create volume* for a PR and make it look *poor* by closing target *DOWN* .. but i suspect it's more than that here .. my gut tells me *goal* is to force sales of *shares* .. and besides triggering investors' emotions .. a classic is to relentlessly compress the PPS down so that respective brokerage firms' (not all but some) charters don't allow *buys* only sells when a price point falls below X
as i've noted i do find pattern change outs rather revealing .. mgmt clearly is indicating aspects to all with interest ..
