It’s a baby ACS. IMO some cyber tech fellow or small group sees value in rebranding and reselling the IP. Sure there are bigger players doing it, but maybe the guy/they already have enough connections to justify the venture. Pure speculation. Also not the first one of hear I’ve seen.
