Probably someone else knows more than me but I imagine the MMs are agenting the sale of shares for GHS.They were paid in shares for the cash.Sure it would be better all around if they could sell half as much or wait till they pps goes up more.But you are right their selling is holding the stock down.There are people on this board who understand the logistics of their deal.
