Kaempf - It is my understanding they will not be putting more shares out. In fact I believe they are considering a buy back. A buy back would be the best move for all shareholders and all categories.
If you'd like further clarification, I've spoken with Steffan several times and he is very responsive. Giving him a call might better answer your question and put you at ease a bit.
