We should get the Annual Report either after the close
We should get the Annual Report either after the close today, or tomorrow for certain. I believe the deadline was moved to the 17th because of State holidays in one or more State's which also moved the deadline for filing taxes for everyone. I only hope that the report answers questions we all have and is not simply a financial statement which meets SEC requirements, but fails to really communicate with investors at a time that companies are normally welcomed to do so.
This is not only a time for the company to review the progress they've made in the last year, it's a time for them to discuss the plans for the current year and beyond. They may not be able to be specific if they're in discussions with others, but they can guide about that. Normally companies have webcasts at this time, but it's certainly not a requirement. We know that OWCP eventually wishes to be on the Nasdaq, quarterly webcasts are something most Nasdaq companies do, it would be nice if they started acting like a Nasdaq company.
