The IBR summary has been posted and reposted so many times that it's likely going to have a dilutive effect on the actual report when it finally comes out.

Isn't the whole idea of the report to surprise the market with great new findings? Everybody knows the report is coming now and nobody will be surprised. Hope this is not another "buy the rumor, sell the news" event.
