This was always one of my biggest concerns. I am going to say I think Leo and company have felt the same way. If you notice they have set it up that BP would take a much longer time than they have to do it with the way the company has set itself up. I think Leo and company has taken a bit of the upper hand, now the question BP has is.... If I don't close a deal, who is going to jump in first? Someone is going to jump on this and at this point I think BPs risk is bigger on missing out than any deal bargains they may get dragging it out further. Remember the lower the potential offer the more competition there is, although Big Pharma has deep pockets a smaller entity can come up with some big cash based on data and steal it, they know this and I think the time has become now, whoever wants it is going to buy it now.
