Perhaps but none of that has happened. They only signed a LOI, which we would assume will go through eventually but has not done so at this time. So CLEC should have no bearing upon ticker change. I’ve felt for months that contract news/other big news would be saved until after ticker change. It only makes sense. I know we are all waiting and hopefully it happens in next few weeks. Go UTOP.
