Yesterday and today...

This is a dirty game, folks.

Yesterday, a bear raid.

Today, Jon Asscoff resurrects his faux downgrades of companies.

Those who lived through DNDN recall Asscoff. Every other day before a key PDUFA panel that would make-or-break the company, he came out with a new downgrade of DNDN or a comment on why he had downgraded DNDN. Turns out he was wrong, and the share price skyrocketed from $3->$18!

And now Feuerstein thinks Asscoff''s downgrade is news?? Give me a break.

If you hold shares of CLSN, it's important to remember that somebody (probably a HF) wants your shares for a reason, and will go to all lengths to get them. Whether they want your shares to cover a short or to go long, they want your shares because they believe the results will be good.

Part of the reason companies like CLSN are so vulnerable to these bear raids and downgrades/hit pieces is because they don't have a partner. If positive data is released, I would expect a partner within 6-8 weeks.
