I'll certainly agree with that, but I also read that the FDA recommended to the DEA that it be reclassified. We all make it sound as though Congress must act, but perhaps it's simpler than that, the DEA may have the power to do it themselves. If anyone knows for sure, let us know.
I believe we'll see the Annual Report by Tuesday, and if it helps to resolve some of the questions investors have about the company and its trials that $.40 or more could easily be achieved next week. With Trump agreeing not to interfere with State's, he might suggest reclassifying it to Robert Patterson, the Acting Head of the Agency. From what I've read, a permanent head hasn't been nominated by Trump. In that the DEA is under Session's, such actions are unlikely if Trump doesn't dictate that it happen.
