The game is from probably 2005 because:
In the video, the final is to be held in Belmont Park. Belmont Park held Breeders' Cup finals in 2001, 2005, and long before that.
Xbox did not come out till November 2001, but the game is available on Xbox and Playstation 2.
Plus David looks much younger.
