I sent 5 e-mails and simply asked them to acknowledge my e-mail and have not received a single word in response. As a long time investor of about $50,000 I was very disappointed for not receiving a return message. Could it be that they selectively choose whom to respond? This does not seem to be a fair or considerate way to treat long-time loyal stockholders.
