I have noticed that OTCX mm is the driving force if they are on the bid side the price pushes up, on the ask side it pushes down. They have only been on both sides once and it has been awhile. I have noticed a pattern that almost looks like CDEL is using it sell or buy it's own shares to make it look less like they are just manipulating the price on their own.
I do think that there are investors(or groups) that use the Aspire selling to load up and when those shares are not available they try to shake the tree. The coil has definitely tightened this past couple months which points to less Aspire shares available.
