Your guess is as good as mine re whether QMC is the match they made in that quote, but I have no doubt that they have introduced a number of companies to QMC. They are very good at that. They do over a half-billion dollars a year in sales. Not bad. And they have a very good reason to want us to do well with them.
Main company Kisco, Inc in Japan once invested in Nanoco.

Rumor is that Nanoco went around them and made a direct sale of a Kilo of QD
IN JAPAN of 1kg red quantum dots for a US$2 million milestone payment to Nanoco.
So much for Nanoco honor, if that rumor is true. Honor is a high value in Japan.
If not then, perhaps when Nanoco signed with Dow, that was the end for Kisco -
