Personally, I do not believe for a minute WW is a crook. I believe things are not progressing as previously anticipated and there are delays in prospective deals/ new laboratories. We would not be this far down the road if that were the case. The only other opinion I have is perhaps they are waiting for this round of dilution to end. Seems to be a pattern forming here with PPS and real new PR's.
