They almost always finalize a major merger with long term restricted or preferred shares and keep the float the same. I am betting that is what will take place. No merging company will get free trading shares for merging, it's always either 1-3 years of restricted common shares or 1-3 years of restricted preferred. Neither scenario would increase the tiny 302m share float.
Conclusion: we move up in a big way on merger on 8k filing and details.
