define "pays off?" I don't know what length of time the process takes and if which option he's going to take. But what I do know is many are impatient and not willing to wait while in the gray market. Few company's are actually legit. I understand people have $ tied up and for those trading actively it's dead money. but for those knowing and have patience it will bode well. too many want instant gratification. then trade for a small profit. I will hold till the right time.
