best news, that's real good news,
who cares if a co puts out a great press release, if it's only used to sell shares ,dump shares, sell notes, bashers don't knock down stock price , its the open door policy of allowing dilution, my saying of " what business is the co in ?? selling shares is their business "
yeah we await news now from onci, am I excited it will come , yes ,however in back of my mind I know it will come with price of note selling or plain old diliution,
with this new law , we NOW know their will be big restrictions on dilution, very very good News
