Correct DB ...... I’m wondering if the 100M shares that they will be buying back be used in 2 years in exchange for the repayment loan amount of 21M. Maybe an option clause in the agreement. This way the A/S of 250M will stay the same which Bridgeport will own 100M Shares which is approximately 40% Stake in NTEK
