I keep going to back to the argument as to why Steve needed to reverse merge a company to create Onci. If he had such a fantastic product and supposedly had done very well at his previous Time Warner position, he could have created a private company with his own money where he could have avoided all this public disclosure nonsense. He wouldn't have had to spend countless hours paying off liabilities that weren't his and gotten hundreds of investors screaming mad at him.
That is the single biggest ? that seems to go unanswered. What did he have to gain by taking over a shell with so many problems? Very little makes sense here imo.
