Theranos CEO gets NO penalty for massive fraud that cost investors at least hundreds of millions. SEC settles case, says she just doesn't get to profit from her stock until everyone else is paid off.

This is beyond disgusting. Absolutely criminal behavior, and no penalty. She personally collaborated in putting on fake "performances" for investors -- trotting them through hastily set up "labs" and using con game tactics to make them think their equipment worked, which it doesn't.

This is absolutely outrageous.
Every time someone posts about how the SEC protects investors, I'll be posting this again.
