To put a $1 stock price in context the market cap of this company would be $4.3 billion. Even at 20 cents , the market cap would still be over $800 million. Even if one uses the most optimistic annual revenue numbers of say $25 million per year, the valuation would still be insanely high.

Maybe the stock should first get to 1 cent before everybody starts counting their chickens.
