Since grey market is much worse, as far as manipulation opportunity,, than even sticky pinky stocks.......
Could easily be wash trading between crooked investors' nominee accounts to make it look like there is a tiny bit of buying interest, all in hopes unlucky investors stuck with worthless shares can unload them for $0.0001 or more.
