I don't think it should surprise anyone what the dilution has been the past 6 months. We had about 78 million shares or so I believe last Fall. You need to add the following:
BMI/Chan: $500k at 2.5 cents = 20 million shares
Domminick and Dickerman: $500k at 2.5 cents = 20 million shares
Dominion: $975k If you assume 5 cent conversion, then 19.5 million share
Recent 1.5 million funding: $300k so far at 7 cents = approx. 4.3 million shares
So 78 million added to this would equal 141.8 million shares. I think the accounts payable would take a very big discount if they were paid off in cash, so that would be the best way to go, but they may have to issue them shares too. The bottom line is I think we are still worth at least 20 cents per share. Even at 300- 400 million shares that's a $60-80 million mc. Hopefully they can raise most the future funds they need through the subs and/or a partnership.
