imo NR (non retail) seeds SMBs .. with crews that work both sides of the money cycle
and that works for multiple set ups/runs/take downs
until of course NR loses all *liquidity* (NR goes UPSIDE DOWN) .. and the only game left to play is relentless PPS compression
of course most OTC *targets* don't outlast NR .. it's always telling to observe those that do ..
