confirmed dilution and I'm not sure where it ends. Seems like diluter isn't too intent on crashing the SP even if it bleeds out...
<10m accounts payable suggests that number is close to 10m
looks like to IPO the subs they're going to find some accounting firm to give a range of fair values, which is a pointless and cheap trick, but maybe general public will buy
seemed like a decent crowd
