It is easier to see and measure the changes in lesions in moderate to severe psoriasis than it is in mild psoriasis. That's why the company is using the mod-severe cases now.
It would be foolish for people to take strong systemic drugs that can cause cancer, other awful side effects, and death -- if they just have mild psoriasis.
