You're right about the Joe Arcaro plays. What seems to separate him from other RM attorneys is he has the private company contacting him for initiating the custodianship; he has a great deal of history and experience with Reverse Mergers; he gets these companies OTC Pink Compliant whereas it seems some of these other attorneys turn them over to a buyer then have them complete that piece of the equation. He has a terrific reputation and has private companies reaching out to him so they can become compliant to begin trading in the OTC marketplace. He has a system in place and it works!!
