Most psoriasis drugs work on mild psoriasis. The problem is that most of the drugs out there have side effects that are worse than having mild psoriasis. Prurisol demonstrated mild efficacy along with qualitative benefits (less itchyness, etc) on the mild cases without side effects. If it can come through and beat Otezla on the severe disease, we will run the table on mild-severe psoriasis treatment.

As for B the results are great. Even with a small N, like B-UP, such staggeringly good results count. I was dishearted a bit by the top line B-OM, but yesterday's PR renewed my faith that we have a true blockbuster in B-OM.
