I would emphasize this, given the paucity of good
and detailed information re: "America's Gold Corp",
what might we infer about their having enough, or
EVEN ANY CAPITAL to continue Pershing's so-
called Exploration Efforts, let alone "Development"
of any of the properties ?
Prior default conditions argue for less than adeq-
uate capital.
A one-person operation with a shingle in front
of an old mining shack is what comes to mind,
given the limited information available to a target-
ed search. .. With an old Black Bakelite single-line
WWII-era telephone on a creaky old oak desk.
