They're clearly either idiots or disingenuous. This was very good news as IPIX was able to isolate a sub-population with extremely strong results (even stronger than the interim look).
I'm hoping Prurisol bears out in a similar fashion. Phase 2a had a mild disease which is harder to get PASI75 on, with a less forgiving measurement and lower dose. Phase 2b will use a severe disease where getting PASI75 is easier, with the more forgiving PASI scale, and a higher dosage.
Very high efficacy on the severe disease and mild efficacy on the mild disease with no side effects is a great place to be in both indications.
