Thanks for posting it here. Here’s my reply to the same basher who also said cisplatin wasn’t mentioned in the trial design.

Subgroup analysis helps the design for Phase 3 and increases its odds of success.
It’s a desperate attempt to use the term “cherry picking” because that strategy is often used for failed trials.
