Just read that a law suit against individuals ie. Visconti, Finazzo, and Lotter is separate from the company and would not flow to a new buyer. Also sued are Tem Enterprises, Aer Sale, Inc. and Aer Holdings, LLC, seemingly Xtra has nothing to do with the last two. Since Tem Enterprises is the owner of Xtra Airlines that suit seems to be the one that would affect a potential sale. Interesting to discuss, but we do not even know if Blta is interested in this potential opportunity.
