Playing Devil's Advocate, K only dealt w/ terminal patients (stage 4) in P1 as I remember. So to start high and lose a handful of people compared to taking 2-3 years to finish P1 (and thus extend time to get K into public domain another year or two) I look at how many people K would have saved with K being readily available a year or two earlier and say the handful of people lost was a good strategy.

I seriously believe you could find many, many stage 4 cancer patients that would give up a few weeks or a month of non-quality life to help a vast amount of people get a life saving drug a lot sooner. I know I would do it. Many are praying for death at that stage IMO.

Feel going forward we get a pop late Fridays until news comes out as many are expecting such news on a Monday morn.
