Yes, as I've written repeatedly, for what it's worth, I think the company has already been sold, contingent on a positive outcome from the appeal. That will dot the i's and cross the t's, the amount of other settlements can then be reasonably estimated and the company's value reckoned, at that time.

I also think that BS will probably be spun off and we will all get a piece.
