ZPaul and others, thank you so much for posting all of the Federal court Appeal wins recently. There is no doubt that the winds of change have already come.

The crazy part for me is that it is now obvious that Ropes and Gray didn't need any of that. In one month or so we will see how the Strikeforce Appeal victory through Ropes and Gray might even change how the Alice 35/101 Supreme Court ruling is viewed moving forward in many other cases.

I hope everyone realizes what we're on the cusp of here....a legendary PPS run that will not be soon forgotten!
