dw, world wide, bumper crops have occured the last 3 years. Yes, areas of drought, like Argentina and some of out high plains. But, commodity prices fro food anre like below cost for many framers. A little worse weather and food can take off.
The current weather is not as bad as it looks. Delayed planting by 2 to 3 weeks might not make much of a difference. So the weather later on is more important.
