any actual investor can sell at any point in time
btw it's telling that the topic of the 7.70 (which was illegally manipulated by non retail in December of 2009 .. and has been statistically irrelevant now for several years) is a *topic* .. it's something the crews marinate by rote when talking points dwindle
anyone who wanted out .. *sold* in the orchestrated runs up of the summer of 2012 .. and Jan 2013
the last volume done on PTOI of note was Jan 2014 .. 2 months b4 the current CFO was hired and a few months b4 NR *imo* almost lost PTOI when the NYSDEC multi year permits were issued in the summer of 2014 and *noted* by an actual P2O investor (not the non hyping CEO) .. btw that almost lost PPS was 19c
if mgmt can execute (monies' exchanged between buyer and seller) P2O's first sale .. it will be interesting to see how PTOI is handled
btw .. *hopium* as the street refers to it isn't a strategy .. P2O investors have made their respective bets .. what comes to pass is not in their control .. it is mgmt's
so i will reiterate .. the only aspect retail investors control is whether they buy/sell or hold their PTOI shares

When *one* buys at $7.70 and the pps drops 99.9%, one doesn't have the option to sell.
No choice but to hold on and hope for..... (what's bigger than a miracle?)....
