Thanks for your support, Jerry. I also try to help BTL out wherever I can. I was getting so good at it, that he asked for a truce. He's got me banned until 2021. I'm not sure why he got upset when I asked if I could send a few friends in to see him and his wife about buying a house in Florida - around here, they refer to FL as God's little waiting room. I know several people that winter in Florida and are looking to buy (old people about my age).

Oh well........ I won't miss ihub or BTL and BB and a few others. I don't think they have the funds to be big buyers. I've always believed that they were 2 bit flippers. And, their humble surroundings support that thought.
