Possibly because other plastic to oil companies.....with much less time in operation.....seem to have zero issues having their process patented.

Every company that belongs to the Plastics-to-Fuel and Petrochemistry Alliance (PFPA) has patented its process in one form or another .

Yet P2O gets denied over and over again and again.
