It's amazing to me that guys like BB and BTL clearly lost $$ here and will go to all lengths to in attempt to trash the company. Like you said, they are blaming the company for their own mistakes. Watch them start cheering when this thing takes off.

I write IHUB admin a long professional and very well-written letter about BTW and how having a guy like this as mod is a bad move for IHUB. It went ignored.

As a paying customer, this is what I would call very bad customer service. I'd do anything to see them get shut down with an ensuing migration over here.
