I continue to disagree that when the stock is down, manipulations must exist. The proper word is may exist. We are investing in a pre-revenue biotech and dilutions are required for survival. When there are no immediate catalysts, some investors/traders sold and moved onto greener pastures. All these factors contribute to a declining SP.
Here's my argument for the name/CUSIP # change again. There are two possible explanations.
1. Leo decided to change the name/CUSIP # to expose naked shorts after consulting with Michael Sullivan who agreed the method works.
2. Leo woke up one day and realized he dislikes the name Cellceutix so much that he's willing to spend time and money to change the name/CUSIP #.
You can try to discredit the Amarantus example, but so far no one is able to explain #2, which leaves us #1.
