... So If they win 100m (after lawyer fees etc and excluding interest, taxes, etc) and it’s a known # (as you say) it seems that equates to about $1 per share in cash. I’m just a working stiff but don’t see how “really” (your word) the price doesn’t rise.
This is the first shot by alabama1man a penny trader/flipper in the next round (Round #3) of "DECN management needs to pay a cash dividend from the new J&J spoils to suffering transient shareholders. Otherwise management will squander the money or pay themselves instead"
So if your fully invested in this company (as you profess) and it’s a “wise” investment, what makes you think the company and leaders you invested in would not use the proceeds “wisely” (your word)?
Because the guy is a penny trader/flipper and in his world and the world of people like him, management is the root of all evil.
