My interpretation was the same as yours. The last patient followup was 12/21/2017.

Looks like it has taken a little bit longer than expected to collect and lock the data. I'm not sure what LBK is talking about. Results will be here soon enough. IPIX certainly won't be dawdling with them. I expect they'll be working through the night to process and get them out to CDA holders as soon as they get the results from the CRO.
It's our last real chance at a stock price recovery prior to a deal. The 40%PASI75 Daubers is looking for would completely change the game for us. Lord, let him be right.
