I don't think FINRA would have done much were it not for the huge public pressure put on this case.
Remember M.S. caused a lot of pain and anguish on every day average people who have all they can do to house and feed their families.Raising the price of the Epi Pen to astronomical prices is what caused the public outcry.
FINRA and cronies HAD to get in on the act otherwise they would have garnered even more distrust from the public than they already have.
